Clubs and players across the world came out to display a heartwarming show of support for Liverpool FC No.1 Alisson Becker following the Brazillian’s father passing away in a tragic accident on Wednesday.
The 57-year-old Jose Becker had gone for a swim near his holiday home in South Brazil but was found dead by the local police during the searches carried out by them after he was reported missing, according to reports from the Mirror.
Manchester City and Everton were some of the top-flight clubs in England who took to Twitter to express their tributes and send condolences to the Brazillian shot-stopper.

City manager Pep Guardiola also tweeted from his personal social media handle and sent a heartfelt message Alisson’s way in light of recent events, with the Spanish coach being joined by the likes of Manchester United goalie David de Gea and Real Madrid shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois.
