Liverpool’s star loanee Harvey Elliott attracts attention from Watford

Liverpool starlet Harvey Elliott could be set for another loan spell this upcoming season with the teenage forward impressing during his previous stint away from Anfield which came at Blackburn Rovers.

Elliott scored seven goals and registered 11 assists across the 2020-21 season for Blackburn and made a major name for himself in the Championship which explains why Watford want to sign the youngster ahead of the new campaign.

The Hornets are understood to be keen on bolstering their options up top on the pitch, according to reports from The Mirror, and with the possibility of Elliott being available on a loan this summer, Watford will be keeping tabs on the former Fulham attacker.

Despite his talents being well known to Jurgen Klopp and the German’s backroom staff at Anfield, there does not seem to be a fair chance of Elliott grabbing valuable first-team minutes in the upcoming season for Liverpool.

The presence of the likes of Firmino, Mane and Salah with Jota in the reckoning and talk of the Reds wanting to sign Leeds United first-teamer Raphinha, Klopp will be lured into sending Elliott on a season-long loan spell once again following his success last time around.
