Wolves, Crystal Palace and West Ham are involved in a three-way contest for landing the in-demand Divock Origi who is backed to leave Liverpool before the transfer window’s deadline.
Origi has been linked with a move away from Liverpool this summer after the Belgian forward’s drastic fall down the pecking order which has meant limited minutes on the pitch for him in recent seasons on Merseyside.
Reports from The Telegraph claim that the 26-year-old Origi is wanted by the Premier League trio of Wolves, Crystal Palace and West Ham United with the clubs keen on adding to their attacking options.
Liverpool have been backed to bolster their frontline options as well during this summer window but it is understood that Jurgen Klopp will bring in a new striker only if Origi’s departure from the Anfield camp happens before this month’s deadline.
Klopp has lost out on an attacking prospect in Harry Wilson earlier this summer with the Welsh wide man signing for Fulham and the Liverpool boss is in line to sanction the sale of Xherdan Shaqiri to French outfit Lyon.
