Liverpool eyeing up a move for promising Belgian talent Charles de Ketelaere

Liverpool are claimed to be eyeing up a move for promising Belgian talent Charles de Ketelaere who has earned rave reviews for his displays in the Pro League with Club Brugge.

The 20-year-old has already been capped twice by the Belgium national side and has scored once, adding to his credentials as one of the top young players coming through from the country.

Jurgen Klopp’s camp are backed as suitors for Ketelaere’s signature, according to The Daily Express, with the reports suggesting that the Reds were keen on making a swoop for the Belgian youngster sooner rather than later.

Liverpool’s strength in the forward lineup is considered underwhelming by many amid strong speculation that Klopp is on the lookout for fresh faces in the transfer market ahead of the forthcoming January window.

Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are also right in the mix with the Premier League quartet set to be rivalled by other bigwigs across Europe for landing the Club Brugge starlet who remains on course to excel even further going forward in time.
