Liverpool have reportedly opened talks with Jurgen Klopp’s top target Ousmane Dembele who could be on his way out of Camp Nou next summer on a free transfer.
Dembele has been linked with a move to Anfield in the recent past but with the French winger’s stay with FC Barcelona coming to a close after four years next summer, there is speculation of Liverpool leading the race to land his signature ahead of other suitors which include the likes of Bayern Munich and Manchester City.
Jurgen Klopp has been backed to bring in some much-needed firepower from the transfer market for his attacking roster and Dembele’s availability could make him a viable target for the Liverpool manager.

Reports from the Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo claim that the Merseysiders are increasingly keen on making a move for the FC Barcelona forward and have touched base with Demebel’s representatives over a transfer to go through next summer.
Liverpool’s famed sporting director Michael Edwards is also pushing for the club’s owners PSG to sanction a move for Dembele who is seen as a priority target for those in and around Anfield.
