The widely contested race to sign Liverpool’s top target Jude Bellingham this coming summer is heating up with new entrants in the fray.
Spanish giants Real Madrid have joined the chase for the England international talent who has earned rave reviews for his stellar run of showings in the colours of Borussia Dortmund.
Bellingham has Jurgen Klopp’s Merseysiders in the mix too with the Anfield camp keen on launching a big-money bid to land one of the most promising names in world football ahead of the start of the new campaign.
According to a report from The Daily Mirror, however, Real Madrid keeping tabs on Bellingham heading into the summer coupled with Mohamed Salah’s contract impasse could complicate things on the Bellingham front for Liverpool and Klopp.
Despite Klopp’s admiration for Bellingham’s ability out there on the pitch, the Liverpool manager has been firm in pushing for his talisman Salah to renew terms and rebuff interest from elsewhere with Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain alerted.
