Leicester City are understood to be in line to demand £25 million for parting ways with Liverpool target Youri Tielemans this coming summer.
The Belgium international, who has just a year left on his current terms at the King Power Stadium, is a top name on the shopping list for the Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp in the latter’s hunt for midfield reinforcements.
With Klopp likely to dip into the transfer market come the summer for a new signing, Leicester contract rebel Tielemans is one of the priority targets for the Anfield camp ahead of the start of the next campaign.
According to a report from The Daily Mail, it is claimed that The Foxes are holding out for a £25 million asking price to sanction Tielemans’ sale with both Liverpool and Manchester United mulling over making an approach for the midfielder.
Tielemans is reportedly keen on playing in the Champions League and has been pushing for an exit from the Leicester City fold since the turn of the year with some of Europe’s biggest clubs keeping tabs on him.
