Mohamed Salah craves to win the quadruple for Liverpool

The so-called ‘Egyptian King’ has revealed his dream season and believes that his side has gone and become Liverpool’s greatest ever team in history.

The 29-year-old forward has been setting milestones and is having the best time in his career after already scoring 20+ and 10+ assist in the Premier League this campaign.

The Reds will be playing two Cup finals this month itself and the Egypt international has stated that he would love to grab hold of all 4 trophies and bring them to Anfield.

“The team is doing unbelievable so let’s hope for the best. For sure [on quadruple being the target], for sure. Maybe not in the beginning of the season, I always focus on Champions League and Premier League, but now we are close for everything so why not?”

Liverpool’s no. 11 has already hit the mark of 30 goals and 15 assists but the forward is keen to make his tally even more prolific, aiming to score more than 40.

“I have big expectations for myself. Honestly, I never said this before but before the season I said ‘Okay, I will go for 40 goals this season and 10, 15 assists’. Now I’ve reached the assists I need to focus on the goals now!

“Top assists is not something really big, top-scorer is always something really big. Today, when I gave the ball to Fab it changed everything. Assists count for sure, goals as well.”

Salah has played a key role in Liverpool’s success since his arrival in 2017, and the Egyptian winger is close to winning his third Premier League golden boot.

His performance in a Liverpool shirt has been incredible to see, and if he keeps it up, the former AS Roma midfielder will be nominated for the Ballon d’Or award this year.
