Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp favours a move for Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic this summer with the former on the hunt for reinforcements in the attacking third of the pitch.
Sadio Mane’s departure from the Anfield fold looking increasingly certain by the day, Klopp is understood to be scouting the transfer market for a viable replacement to add to his ranks ahead of the start of the next season.
According to a report from The Daily Mail ( via TeamTalk), it is claimed that American international wide player Christian Pulisic has emerged on the radar of Klopp who is an ‘admirer’ of his former Dortmund player’s talent.
Pulisic has found it quite hard to cement a regular spot on the Chelsea team sheet this season and could be tempted to make the move away from the English capital should Thomas Tuchel give the nod for his exit.
Watford duo Ismaila Sarr and Joao Pedro are additional names on Liverpool’s shopping list for the summer with the Merseysiders open to giving either player an escape route back into the Premier League.
