Liverpool starlet Tyler Morton is reportedly close to signing for Championship side Blackburn Rovers on loan for the upcoming season.
Competition for the midfield berths at Anfield is pretty intense and despite Jurgen Klopp not singing a fresh face for his ranks in the centre of the park, Morton was unlikely to be handed regular senior team football in the Reds shirt.

According to The Liverpool Echo’s Charlotte Coates, Morton is all set to make the move to Blackburn Rovers this summer with the club on the verge of signing the midfield talent in a season-long loan deal.
Klopp has decided against adding to his midfield options before the next season kicks off with the Liverpool head coach imposing his faith in the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita, both of whom enter the final 12 months of their contracts.
Recent speculation has suggested that Liverpool could make a surprise move in for Sporting Lisbon’s in-demand midfield man Matheus Nunes who has impressed some of Europe’s biggest clubs with his showings in the Portuguese top flight.
