Real Madrid hold an advantage over Liverpool in their attempts to sign Jude Bellingham with the Spaniards enjoying a great working relationship with the Dortmund camp.
The England international starlet has been routinely linked with a few of Europe’s biggest sides since the turn of the year and is widely tipped to move on to bigger and better things come next summer.
According to a report from the Spanish news outlet AS, it is claimed that Real president Florentino Perez’s close relationship with Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke on the work front will come as a welcome boost to the European champions.
Bellingham’s current deal at Dortmund is set to run until the summer of 2025 and it remains to be seen what lies in store for the midfield talent with Real Madrid and Liverpool joined by the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea in the chase for his signature.
Jurgen Klopp’s hunt for a new midfielder has been long underway and Bellingham, who will be heading into the World Cup later this month with The Three Lions, is said to be a top name on his shopping list.
