Real Madrid are not willing to fork out a big fee to sign Liverpool target Jude Bellingham who is sure to fetch an eyewatering price-tag in the transfer market.
Bellingham has been the name on every Liverpool supporter’s lips with the English midfield talent dazzling the Anfield faithful with his showings at the ongoing World Cup in Qatar.
The Reds, however, are not the only bigwig from Europe’s big leagues chasing the Borussia Dortmund starlet with Jurgen Klopp’s side joined by the likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea in the chase for Bellingham’s signature.
According to a report from the Spanish news outlet Defensa Central, it is hinted that the Champions League holders Real Madrid would be open to pulling the plug on talks should Dortmund demand a transfer fee north of €125 million to green light the move.
It remains to be seen whether Liverpool, who are in the market for a new midfield signing considered key to Klopp’s transfer plans, would be ready to pay that kind of money to bring a player of Bellingham’s ability to Anfield.
