Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite who is out on a loan spell in the Eredivisie with PSV Eindhoven.
The 20-year-old centre-back is courting interest from the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Roma ahead of this summer when Everton could be fielding offers for their promising defensive talent.
According to a report from The Daily Mail, it is claimed that Branthwaite has impressed during his time with PSV with the 6ft 5ins defender gaining from the trust shown in him by coach Ruud van Nistelrooy.
His homegrown status will be of interest to both Manchester United and Liverpool who will be scouting the market sooner rather than later for options to fulfil that Premier League rule while Serie A giants Roma too remain keen on the Everton loanee.
Everton’s Premier League status come the end of the season will dictate their transfer policy and could set the stage of Branthwaite to stay or leave with no shortage of suitors for his services.
