Liverpool target Adrien Rabiot could extend his stay with Juventus beyond this summer with the Turin outfit ready to meet his wage demands.
Rabiot was said to be looking for a move elsewhere in this summer’s transfer window with the France international midfielder out of contract at Juventus come the end of the season.
The Reds are keen to bolster their midfield over the summer after a difficult campaign this term and Rabiot was one of the names under consideration by Jurgen Klopp’s side who are desperate to induct fresh blood to their squad.
According to a report from the Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport,it is claimed that Juventus’ stance of not offering Rabiot a major hike in wages has now changed with the Old Lady willing to table a new contract worth €10 million with bonuses.
This could mean that Rabiot will be in line to rebuff interest from his suitors as Juve are prepared to entertain his high wage demands to retain the Frenchman who has been a pivotal figure for them this season.
