Manchester City could turn attention towards signing Liverpool target Ryan Gravenberch should they miss out as expected on Jude Bellingham who is nearing a move to Real Madrid.
Liverpool have been linked with an approach for the Bayern Munich first team outcast Gravenberch who is rumoured to be looking for the exit route after failing to earn regular game time with the Bavarians.
The Reds had been previously interested in signing England talent Bellingham before his steep asking price forced Jurgen Klopp’s side to consider other names on their summer shopping list including the Dutchman Gravenberch.
According to a report from The Daily Mirror, it is claimed that Manchester City, who were waiting eagerly in the wings for Bellingham, are fretting over bolstering their midfield roster over the summer with Bellingham poised to move to the Bernabeu.
Gravenberch presents himself as a viable option to the Premier League holders who could be set to provide tough competition to Liverpool on the transfer front should both teams go head to head for the Bayern starlet.
