According to the transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool are expected to get the deal done next week as Mac Allister’s father and agent make their way to the country for further talks with the Anfield giants.
The Argentine international was crucial to the Seagulls clinching European qualification for the first time in their history and it is widely reported that Brighton will not stand in the player’s way should he head out the exit door over the summer.
With the transfer window reopening for business come June 14, Liverpool have positioned themselves as clear frontrunners to land the Brighton star who had Chelsea interested in his services previously.
