Liverpool Suffers Dramatic 4-3 Defeat at Old Trafford, Exits FA Cup

The scoring in the quarter-final match at Old Trafford, England, began with 10 minutes on the clock, as Scott McTominay converted a rebound.

Even though Wataru Endo had a goal disallowed on the Reds’ side, their control of the match was recaptured right before the break with goals from Alexis Mac Allister and Mohamed Salah.

In the second part of 90 minutes, Liverpool appeared more ready to score again but this time it was United who achieved their goal, with substitute Antony scoring minutes from the end, thus forcing another half-hour extra time.

Harvey Elliott capitalized on a deflection to put the visitors back in ahead on 105, but Marcus Rashford countered after extra time, and Amad sprinted away to win it for United just seconds after 120.
