Bale Would Be Perfect For Liverpool Says Paul Ince

Former Liverpool attacker Paul Ince has admitted that Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale could be a stellar addition to Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool squad this summer transfer window.

The Real Madrid forward has had a nightmare season along with the club and looks set to depart the Santiago Bernabeu. The arrival of Eden Hazard could mean the end for Bale at the Spanish capital and there are still a lot of takers for the Welsh winger and Premier League giants Manchester United were keeping tabs on his situation.

However, ex-Liverpool star Paul Ince has advised Merseyside outfit, Liverpool, to snap up a deal for the out of favor Los Blancos attacker in the summer if they have the funds to afford him. The 51-year-old spoke to BBC Radio 1 and said, “My opinion is if Liverpool can afford him, he should go there, Liverpool’s front three haven’t had much rest before the season – Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, and Sadio Mane have played all over the summer,”

The 30-year-old Bale can play anywhere along the front line and has the experience of playing in the Premier League due to his past with North London outfit Tottenham Hotspur and Ince added, “Bale can play right, left or center. If I was looking at a team if they could afford him, it would be Liverpool. He needs to reinvent himself as a player and play football week in, week out.”

There is a lot of tension between Bale and Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane and with the pressure mounting on the Welsh star, Bale could make an exit from Real Madrid in order to play regular football elsewhere.
