MUST READShould Liverpool’s Sadio Mane join Real Madrid in the summer?

The move to Real Madrid is one deal that would be a difficult decision for Mane to make. This is due to the fame and benefit of joining the Los Blanco’s coupled with the massive reputation and clout have
amassed in Europe.

He would also have to deal with the above-stated reasons while considering the relationship he’s had with Jürgen Klopp and the Liverpool fans.

However, if he is to leave Anfield in the summer, there are three potential candidates that can replace him at Anfield.

On this note, we take a look at these three players as the Reds seek replacement probably for one of their star man Sadio Mane.

1. SAMUEL CHUKWUEZE

The Nigerian could be on his way to the Merseyside club as he presents the Reds with the amazing chance of signing a player of his quality at that age.

The Nigerian and Villarreal star would be 21 years in 5 months’ time and this gives him the advantage to improve at Liverpool if the deal comes through with all indications.

He would provide adequate cover for his fellow African Sadio Mane while the latter may make a move to join the Real Madrid side in the summer.

He’s grown in leaps and bound in recent games following his decent showings for the Yellow Submarines (Villarreal) alongside the likes of Carlos Bacca and former Arsenal star Santi Cazorla.

A move could see Chukwueze fulfill his potential at a massive club like Liverpool as Mohamed Salah did having moved from AS Roma to Anfield three years ago.

2. DEMARAI GRAY

The talented Leicester City man has been explosive and exciting for the Foxes althrough the campaign.

He’s one of the reasons why the former English Champion is ahead of big guns like Chelsea and Manchester United on the Premier League table.

He’s been widely impressive while featuring alongside the talent of James Maddison, Wilfred Ndidi and Ben Chilwell.

If he moves to Liverpool it would be an ideal bargain while been a good compensation for the hard work and improvement he’s made on the pitch in recent times at the club.

He would offer Liverpool flair from the wings while the possibility for adaptation becomes easy at Anfield following his exploits in the Premier League already.

3. BALDE KEITA

The Senegalese forward has been an excellent addition to Senegal’s progress since making his debut in the last few years.

He’s helped Sadio Mane transform the African Nation into a powerhouse alongside Nigeria, Egypt and Ivory Coast just like they when they were at their best prior to the 2002 World Cup in Korea/Japan.

He would be an ideal replacement for his international teammate even as he hopes to find a perfect home club to unearth his precious talent as the time progresses.

With opportunity limited in Antonio Conte 3-4-3 diamond system for Balde coupled with the signing of Victor Moses from Chelsea, a move to Anfield would be the best decision to secure his future while it will provide first-team  football if his compatriot Sadio Mane leaves Anfield in the summer transfer window.
