Jurgen Klopp has reportedly given the nod to planning out a major overhaul of his first-team ranks at Anfield in the upcoming summer transfer window, according to claims from the Mirror.
After what has been a miserable title-defence campaign from the Merseysiders, Klopp is expected to splash the cash on big-name faces this summer but the Liverpool FC gaffer would be forced to part ways with a number of his fringe players in order to raise funds.
Speculation indicates that the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi are the three members of the Reds squad that look certain to take the exit door in light of the trio being relegated to a rather sporadic role over the course of the ongoing campaign.
Interestingly, all three of the aforementioned names have been linked with different clubs in recent times with reports of late suggesting that Origi was one face at Anfield who has garnered considerable interest from abroad leading up to the summer.
Chamberlain’s long-term fate in the Reds shirt too has been cast under doubt after the once-Klopp favourite being unlucky with various injury troubles since signing for Liverpool FC in 2017.
