Amadou Onana among host of clubs eyeing up Lille talent Amadou Onana

Amadou Onana are among a host of clubs eyeing up Lille talent Amadou Onana this summer with the French club holding out for a sizable asking price.

According to a report from The Athletic, it is claimed that Lille have turned down an improved offer from West Ham United with the Hammers’ bid of £25 million rejected by the Ligue 1 giants.

The 20-year-old midfield prodigy has been a stellar performer for his side in recent times and could earn his ticket to the Premier League with Liverpool also credited with a strong interest in moving in for Onana.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita are both out of contract next year at Anfield and with speculation linking the duo with moves elsewhere in the forthcoming transfer windows, Jurgen Klopp could be keen to reinforce his ranks by signing a fresh face.

Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham has been linked with a Liverpool transfer as of late but the England international will be staying put in the Bundesliga for the upcoming campaign with Dortmund in no mood to budge on their pricing demands.
