A fourth win on the run in the 2020-21 Premier League season will be eyed by Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool FC on their visit to Aston Villa on Sunday.
The Reds’ last game turned out to be a loss on a penalty shootout to Arsenal in the EFL Cup, knocking out Klopp’s men from the cup competition in the process. However, with a number of first-team regulars who had been rested for the game mid-week, set to return to the playing XI, Aston Villa will not seem like the most dangerous of opponents to Liverpool FC.
Liverpool FC’s run of form in the Premier League has been fantastic, with a 2-0 away win at Chelsea followed by a come-from-behind 3-1 victory over Monday’s opponents’ Arsenal at Anfield. However, a recent series of displays looking rather uninspiring, the four-man Liverpool FC backline is likely to be Jurgen Klopp’s only concern ahead of the visit to Villa Park.
It has to be noted that the hosts are hitting top form in the league of late, with Dean Smith’s men having recorded two wins out of as many games and will be hoping to pose a tough challenge for the Premier League holders come Sunday.
