Barcelona boss Xavi is believed to be keeping close tabs on Liverpool contract rebel Mohamed Salah ahead of this coming summer transfer window.
The Egypt international winger Salah has been involved in a contract impasse with the Anfield camp that has sounded out the speculation of him being close to calling it quits at Liverpool come the end of the season.
Under the newly appointed manager Xavi, Barca’s rebuild has been evident on the back of their January window incomings and subsequent run of form, and the Catalan giants are now backed to be eyeing up a move for Salah’s signature.
According to a report from the Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo, it is claimed that Barcelona will look to tempt Salah into making the move to Camp Nou in the summer should he decide against renewing terms with Jurgen Klopp’s Merseysiders.
The other names on Barcelona’s shopping list for the forthcoming transfer windows include Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe, Borussia Dortmund talisman Erling Haaland and Bayern dangerman Robert Lewandowski.
