Bayern Munich have reportedly registered a strong interest in signing Liverpool target Youri Tielemans from Leicester City in the upcoming transfer windows.
Tielemans’ stay at the King Power Stadium comes to a close in the summer of 2023 and the midfield man has been unable to agree upon extended terms with Brendan Rodger’s camp in spite of repeated attempts by the club.
There are rumours doing the rounds that the Belgium international wants to play in the Champions League and will be looking for a move elsewhere with Liverpool right in the mix for his signature.
Reports from Italian news publication Calciomercato have suggested that Bundesliga holders Bayern Munich are the latest entrants in the race for the 24-year-old Leicester City first-teamer and could be in line to open talks with the Premier League club.
Jurgen Klopp is understood to be keeping close tabs on Tielemans who has earned plaudits for his commanding displays in the centre of the park for The Foxes since his move to England’s top flight in January 2019.
