Jurgen Klopp’s table-toppers make the trip to Turf Moor for a tricky fixture against Sean Dyche’s Burnley in order to keep their 100 percent start to the Premier League intact.
The Reds managed to tear Unai Emery’s Arsenal to shreds at Anfield last weekend in a 3-1 rout even though they are still not at their brutal best just yet in the early part of the new season. However, there are signs that Liverpool is slowly but surely clicking into gear but Saturday’s encounter against Burnley seems to be a rather awkward one.
Sean Dyche usually sets up his team in an extremely tight and efficient manner which makes it difficult for opposing teams to break down the stubborn backline. The last two wins that Liverpool ground out at Turf Moor were extremely hard-fought and Klopp will have to set up his team in a manner that he can grind out a result rather than just spark red arrows into the attacking goal.
Liverpool is still without their number one goalkeeper Alisson Becker and midfield gem Naby Keita and Nathaniel Clyne still remains a long term absentee. However, due to the technical ability and patience that Klopp has instilled into his Liverpool team, there are very few signs of an upset on the cards which should make the Champions League holders prevail.
