Three changes are made to the Liverpool starting XI from the defeat to Leeds United last time out for Sunday’s contest against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
Ibrahima Konate comes in for Joe Gomez after the former starred in midweek’s 2-0 Champions League group stage tie win over Italian giants Napoli.
Gomez drops out of the XI
The England international has come under fire of late for his error prone showings at the back and he has to give way for the young Frenchman Ibrahima Konate to start alongside Virgil van Dijk.
In the full-back roles, it is Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson being handed the starting berths on the team sheet with the latter returning to the XI following his rest on Tuesday night.
Salah and Nunez to start up front
Jurgen Klopp decides to go along with a 4-4-2 formation for Sunday’s outing to North London with Thiago Alcanatar and Fabinho as the two midfield options.
Roberto Firmino and Harvey Elliott will be positioned on the flanks while the returning Nunez joins Mo Salah in the two-man front line.
