Florian Neuhaus reportedly eager on sealing move to Liverpool in the summer

Borussia Monchengladbach first-team regular Florian Neuhaus is reported to be eager on signing for suitors Liverpool FC in the summer transfer window, claims the Express.

Neuhaus has emerged on the Reds’ radar leading upto the summer as Jurgen Klopp begins the hunt for midfield reinforcements to make up for the possible void left by the departure of the long-serving Gini Wijnaldum.

The Holland international is widely tipped to exit Anfield at the end of the current campaign upon the end of his deal with the Merseysiders despire recent reports suggesting that Liverpool FC had made a final push for the ex-Newcastle United man to extend his tenure in the Red shirt.

Should Wijnaldum choose to leave the 19-time top-flight champions, Neuhaus’s rcent spree of impressive showings for Monchengladbach has convinced Klopp of making the German his priority target in the summer and the 23-year-old too is equally assured of joining the Merseyside Reds.

Reports claim that the midfielder has been in touch with Liverpool FC over the last few weeks and remains open to the idea of quitting Monchengladbach for much greener pastures on the northwest of England.
