Liverpool are understood to be leading the race to land Fulham starlet Fabio Carvalho who has earned rave reviews for his showings in the Championship.
Jurgen Klopp’s camp are credited with a strong interest in signing the 19-year-old with the likes of West Ham United, Tottenham Hotspur and Leeds United also keeping tabs on the attacking talent.
Reports from TeamTalk back the Reds to emerge the frontrunners in the widely-contested tace to secure Carvalho’s signature from Fulham when his deal comes to a close at Craven Cottage next summer.
The Championship side are involved in talks with the player’s representatives but with rumours of a deadlock between the two parties gaining ground, Liverpool might find it easier than expected to snap up one of the brightest talents in the land.
Carvalho has netted three times in six outings so far this campaign and with Jurgen Klopp on the hunt for attacking reinforcements, the Fulham teenager will be one name tipped to be high on the shopping list at Anfield.
