Liverpool can use Tyler Morton as makeweight in deal to sign Jude Bellingham

Liverpool can use loanee Tyler Morton as a makeweight in a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund’s highly-wanted midfield star Jude Bellingham.

Bellingham has long been linked with a move to Anfield where he is said to have a big admirer in the Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp who is looking to add to his options in the centre of the park sooner rather than later.

With the likes of Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and James Milner out of contract at the club come the end of the season, Klopp would be urged to bolster his engine room ranks by signing a player of Bellingham’s ability.

According to a report from The Sun, Dortmund have shown interest in moving in for Liverpool’s youth talent Tyler Morton who is currently on loan at Championship outfit Blackburn Rovers and has emerged as a consistent performer for them.

Rumours of Morton being used in a deal for Bellingham to head the other way to Merseyside have gained ground with the latter expected to make the move to the Premier League in the summer of 2023.
