Liverpool reportedly face serious competition from across Europe to sign Leicester City midfield maestro Youri Tielemans next summer.
According to Italian news outlet Calciomercato, there is a six-way contest in which Liverpool find themselves to land Tielemans with the likes of Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Manchester United and Real Madrid also in the mix.
The 24-year-old Belgium international is understood to be seeking a move away from the King Power Stadium at the end of the 2021-22 campaign with Tielemans keen on turning out in Champions League football.
Liverpool are suggested to be keeping close tabs on the midfielder with Jurgen Klopp backed to bring in reinforcements for his roster at Anfield sooner rather than later after deciding against doing the same last summer.

Tielemans could me made available by Leicester City for a cut-price fee next summer with the midfielder’s current deal with the Foxes expiring the summer after that and the contract extension talks proving futile between the two parties.
