Liverpool given €40 million valuation for signing Salzburg talent Karim Adeyemi

Salzburg starlet Karim Adeyemi is set to cost his suitors in the transfer market a fee in the region of €40 million, according to reports from Sky Sports Germany.

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool camp have been backed as an interested party in signing Adeyemi sooner rather than later with Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig also speculated to be in the mix.

It is understood that the 19-year-old teenage forward will be on his way out of Salzburg in the summer of 2022 and Liverpool have sent out feelers that they intend to pursue his signature with full force.

Klopp has been urged by a large section of the Anfield faithful to bring in fresh blood for his attacking roster as the likes of Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane often endure timid spells in front of the goal despite being star figures in the Premier League.

Mohamed Salah remains Liverpool’s mainstay in the forward lineup as Klopp pushes for the club to extend a new long-term contract to the 29-year-old Egyptian to commit his stay at Anfield.
