Liverpool have contacted Crystal Palace winger Eberechi Eze, with an initial discussion having occurred between his representatives over a possible summer move.
Manchester City and Tottenham also remain keen on the forward situation.
According to The Palace Way, Selhurst Park is bracing itself for probable summer departures, with both Eze and fellow forward Michael Olise in the crosshairs of rivals.
In preparations to replace these key players, Palace is making moves to sign Club Brugge ace Antonio Nusa. Contrary to some reports, there is no £60 million release clause in Eze’s contract.
Eze, 25, enjoyed a fine campaign and netted 11 goals and 4 assists in 27 Premier League matches.
He has much improved under Oliver Glasner, who took over as head coach.
In November, Eze signed a new contract with the club that extends his stay at the club until 2027.

He has been with the Eagles since 2020 when he joined the team from QPR for around £17 million.
Now, stiff competition from Manchester City and Tottenham in signing the winger has created difficulties for Liverpool to get the deal done.
Liverpool is aware that they will require new forwards this summer, as Mohamed Salah and Luis Diaz are yet to extend their contracts with the club.
Other than what has already been mentioned above, the Reds have been linked with Bryan Mbeumo, Dario Osorio, Mohammed Kudus, and Brajan Gruda in the past.
Olise was previously a target before a shocking move to Bayern was confirmed last week.
Eze, who has made 124 appearances for Crystal Palace following his signing from QPR, primarily plays on the left but he can also easily play as a striker, which has caught the eye of several top clubs.

Liverpool’s interest in Eze isn’t new; former manager Jurgen Klopp reportedly was interested in the player ahead of last summer’s window.
The Reds has showered their willingness to sign Eberechi Eze to step up their attacking options while facing competition from other top Premier League clubs like Manchester City and Spurs.
And so does movement by Crystal Palace for replacements like Club Brugge ace Antonio Nusa to remain competitive and step up their game in the Premier League.
