Liverpool are rumoured to be interested in signing Polish midfield talent Kacper Kozlowski who has drawn comparisons to Manchester City talisman Kevin de Bruyne.
The 17-year-old Kozlowski, who plays for Polish outfit Pogon Szczecin, is suggested to be one of the top young talents in world football with a host of sides across Europe keeping tabs on him over a potential transfer.
According to reports from The Daily Mail, Liverpool will find themselves in a close contest with the likes of AC Milan and RB Leipzig to prize away the teenage starlet from his homeland in the 2022 summer transfer window.
Pogon Szczecin are understood to be keen on retaining the services of their young midfield player beyond the upcoming January window which means a move for Kozlowski to a big club is on the cards for the next summer.
Liverpool remain in the fray for a new midfield signing to bolster the first-team roster which witnessed the exit of the long-serving Gini Wijnaldum this summer in a major blow to Jurgen Klopp’s options in the centre of the park.
