Liverpool interested in signing wantaway Lorient midfielder Enzo Le Fee

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing wantaway Lorient midfielder Enzo Le Fee after he confirmed his desire to leave the French club this summer.

Jurgen Klopp is desperate to improve upon his midfield options when the transfer window reopens for business later this year and the Liverpool manager is scouting names across Europe to bolster the engine room.

According to a report from 90min, it is claimed the highly-rated France Under-21 international Le Fee is on Liverpool’s transfer radar following the midfielder’s public admission that he is not looking to renew his deal with Lorient.

The player’s current terms are up for renewal in the summer of 2024 and Lorient could be forced to cash in on him this summer to avoid losing him for nothing a year later which could come as a boost to Le Fee’s suitors.

Liverpool are expected to consider other players in the market to freshen things up in the midfield department with Klopp’s first choice target in Jude Bellingham all but certain to come for a steep asking price.
