Liverpool have joined the chase for Birmingham City midfielder George Hall who is wanted by a host of clubs across England’s top flight division.
Hall is one of the promising names in the Birmingham City camp who has been tipped to emulate the success enjoyed by Jude Bellingham – a former Birmingham talent and a top name on the shopping list for the Reds.
According to a report from The Daily Mail ( via Sky Sports News), it is claimed that 18-year-old Hall is being tracked closely by Liverpool with the Anfield giants searching for viable options to bolster their midfield roster.
The Reds, however, will have to fend off competition from the likes of Everton and Leeds United for Hall’s signature with the latter keen to complete a deal soon for the teenager ahead of the forthcoming January transfer window.
Liverpool have been urged to bring in a fresh pair of legs for their engine room as Jurgen Klopp’s side appear likely to lose Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita at the end of the season with their contracts up for renewal.
