Liverpool are said to be keeping close tabs on Real Madrid star midfielder Toni Kroos who is out of contract in the Spanish capital city come next summer.
According to a report from the Spanish outlet Fichajes, it is claimed that the Liverpool head coach is looking to move in for Kroos who is yet to enter into talks with Real Madrid over a new deal beyond the end of the 2022-23 season.
The Merseysiders find themselves in need of reinforcements to bolster their midfield ranks which has lost some of the key players in Thiago Alcantara, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to injury troubles early on in the campaign.
