Liverpool are reportedly willing to offer Naby Keita in a deal for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot who has been linked with a move to Anfield as of late.
Rabiot’s future in the Juventus shirt beyond this summer’s transfer window hangs in the balance with some of the biggest clubs in the Premier League keen to move in for the French midfielder.
According to a report from Calciomercato, Liverpool could be open to including Keita in a swap deal to Juventus and bringing in Rabiot with both midfield players valued at £17 million.
Manchester United contract rebel Paul Pogba is closing in on a return to Juventus which would force the Serie A heavyweight club to cash in on Rabiot before the transfer window shuts to balance their wage books.
Keita heading out the exit door Anfield, however, is suggested to be an unlikely outcome of Liverpool’s business this summer with Klopp likely to recruit a fresh face for his midfield ranks come 2023 when Keita’s terms are up for renewal.
