Liverpool have reportedly reached an agreement in principle to land Fulham talent Fabio Carvalho this coming summer transfer window.
Carvalho has emerged as one of the leading prospects in English football and is backed to make the move to the top flight sooner rather than later with the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea watching him with great interest.
The Reds, however, seem to have gone one step ahead of other suitors for the young Portuguese attacking midfielder with the Anfield camp putting in place an agreement in principle to sign their longstanding target in the summer.
According to a report from Football Insider, it is claimed that Liverpool have struck a deal to bring in the 19-year-old Fulham starlet when his enters free agency come June in a major boost on the transfer front for the boss Jurgen Klopp.
Klopp had been keen on Carvalho in the recent January transfer window as well but had suffered a setback in his pursuit on deadline day with Fulham retaining their in-demand playmaker for the remainder of the season.
