Liverpool are still backed to be involved in the chase for landing FC Porto star Otavio who has been a longstanding target for Jurgen Klopp on Merseyside.

Reports from Record ( via The Liverpool Echo) suggest that the 26-year-old Brazilian Otavio, a mainstay for Liga NOS bigwigs FC Porto, remains on the shopping list for the Liverpool boss Klopp ahead of the January transfer window.
The Porto forward man could prove to be a good piece of transfer business for the Reds who are lacking serious depth in their lineup following the departure of Xherdan Shaqiri this summer for Ligue 1 side Lyon.
