Liverpool target Ryan Gravenberch could be made available for £25 million this summer with Bayern Munich willing to sanction his sale to cut their losses.
The Dutch midfielder has emerged as a top name on the shopping list for the Reds head coach Jurgen Klopp who is desperate to rebuild his side’s midfield roster before the next season gets underway.
According to a report from goal.com, it is claimed that Liverpool, who have held a long-standing interest in signing the former Ajax starlet Gravenberch, are weighing up a move for the midfielder’s services over the summer.
The 20-year-old Gravenberch signed for the Bundesliga champions Bayern last year from Ajax but has failed to hold down a regular place on the team sheet and he is keen to make the move elsewhere to earn a career lifeline.
There is the expectation that a £25m deal could be possible between the two clubs with Bayern believed to be open to selling for a fee which would work in Liverpool’s favour on the transfer front.
