Reading’s in-demand teenage midfield prodigy Michael Olise has been identified by Liverpool FC as a probable target to chase in the forthcoming summer transfer window.
Reports from Eurosport claim that Jurgen Klopp’s Merseyside outfit are just one amongst a host of European heavyweights involved in the race to land the 19-year-old who has impressed for Reading in the Championship division.
Tough competition awaits the Reds
Bundesliga duo Borussia Dortmund and Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester City are all chasing Olise ahead of the summer transfer window in which the clubs would be expected to splash big money on incomings.
It remains to be seen what Liverpool FC can muster in such circumstances considering the other names that have been linked with the Anfield outfit in recent times, most notably Dortmund’s Erling Haaland and Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe.

The Reading starlet has been tremendous in front of the goal for the Championship outfit this time around and on the back of five goals and ten assists to his name in 37 outings, Olise has certainly made a big name for himself across the continent.
