Harry Wilson is being weighed up as a player to send in the opposite direction with Liverpool prioritising a swoop for the highly-rated Leeds United forward Raphinha this summer.
The Brazillian has been a real treat to watch at Elland Road since his move to England last summer and on the back of his first season in Premier League football proving quite influential, Jurgen Klopp’s side are in line to approach Leeds for their attacking star.
Reports from the Mirror indicate that Liverpool are mulling over the possibility of using Anfield outcast Harry Wilson as a makeweight in their offer for Raphinha which they hope would help bring the price down to sign the former Rennes man.
Wilson returns to the Liverpool fold following the conclusion of the upcoming UEFA Euros and the Welshman is unlikely to stay at the club beyond the summer with Klopp not seeing him as one of his go-to players in the first-team camp.
Leeds United have previously held an interest in signing the promising forward and could be convinced on parting ways with Raphinha should Wilson make the move to Elland Road.
