Liverpool working to revive failed Fabio Carvalho deal in the summer

Liverpool are pushing to revive a failed deal for Fulham starlet Fabio Carvalho in the summer following the deadline day setback for the Anfield giants.

The highly expected move to Merseyside for the teenage talent collapsed in the final hours of the transfer window as time ran out despite Carvalho having passed the medical examination in Liverpool.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Jurgen Klopp’s side will be at work to find a ‘solution’ and land Carvalho come the summer while avoiding the need for a tribunal.

The player and his camp are also understood to be keen on making the move to Merseyside where Carvalho has found a big admirer in the Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp who remains on the hunt for quality talent to add to his ranks.

Klopp acquired Columbia international Luis Diaz ahead of Monday’s deadline with the latter leaving FC Porto to sign for Liverpool in a big-money move and pen terms until the summer of 2027.
