Liverpool’s new home kit from Nike for the upcoming 2020/21 season got leaked online recently.
The first home kit of the Liverpool from Nike for next season is rumored to come out with a bold teal green collar.
The Nike Liverpool 2020/21 home shirt has the same colour as the Portugal’s FIFA World Cup 2018 shirt. The popular and premium sports brand, Nike, is keen on continuing the theme of relatively dark home shirts which gained popularity in the recent times.
The brand has combined the red, white and teal colours with red as the base colour, as it is the official colour of the Liverpool F.C, for the team’s new 2020/21 home jersey.
The kit is based on the Nike 2020 template, introduced for the 2020 national team kits. Nike has struck with the plain design of the home shirt contrasting the golden strips design of New Balance’s 2019/20 home shirts.
The collar and the sleeves of the new Nike Liverpool 2020/21 home shirts sport a combination of white and teal i.e, a blue-green colour, bands with the Nike branding logo on the right side, the Liverpool team crest on the left side of the shirt and the Standard Chartered, team sponsor branding, at the center of the shirt.
On the back of the new Nike Liverpool home shirt, under the collar, is the usual graphic to commemorate and remember the Hillsborough disaster which lead to ninety six fatalities of Liverpool supporters in 1989.
Nike will combine the new Liverpool 2020/21 home jersey with red shorts and socks.
The new Liverpool F.C 2020/21 home shirt will not be launched before June 1, 2020 due to the supplier change from the New Balance.
