Grujic’s desire for a Porto transfer comes amid strong interest shown in the 25-year-old from Serie A outfit Sassuolo who were on the lookout for a replacement for Manuel Locatelli’s imminent move to Juventus.
Jurgen Klopp backed to offload his fringe players soon
Following Grujic on the way out of Anfield in the very near future could be the likes of Harry Wilson and Nat Phillips, both of whom seek regular first-team football ahead of the start of the upcoming campaign.
Nigerian striker Taiwo Awoniyi is another player set to complete his move away from Liverpool this summer with German club Union Berlin in line to complete his signing on a long-term deal.
