Liverpool FC’s eagerness towards making a big-money move for World Cup-winning star forward Kylian Mbappe is known to Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports from the Mirror.
The French international remains linked with a move to Anfield ahead of the summer transfer window, with the 22-year-old not having agreed upon a new deal with the Ligue 1 giants.
And despite of the recent reports suggesting that the Parisians are keen on extending Mbappe’s long-term future in the PSG shirt, last season’s UEFA Champions League runners-up believe that Jurgen Klopp’s Merseyside giants would be tempted to break the bank to land Mbappe’s signature, with Real Madrid also in the race to sign the former AS Monaco starlet.
With Mohammad Salah’s future in the Liverpool FC colours looking highly uncertain beyond next summer, it is rumoured that Klopp would seek to replace the Reds star frontman with a player of Mbappe’s calibre as the Anfield outfit plan for unrivalled domination in European football.
