Barcelona are apparently considering a summer move for Sadio Mane, the dynamic Liverpool forward.
According to famous Spanish writer Toni Juanmarti, relayed by Reshad Rahman, Barcelona is interested in signing Sadio Mane during the summer transfer season.
The Blaugrana are interested in signing the Liverpool forward due to his contract issue at Anfield. Since joining Liverpool from Southampton in July 2016, Sadio Mane has pushed his standards on a pedestal in terms of a wide attacker.
🚨 Sadio Mané reportedly wants to play for Barcelona with his Liverpool contract expiring in 2023.
He believes that he would have much better chances of winning a Ballon d'Or in Spain.

During his time with the Saints, the Senegalese international was already a highly regarded forward, but in the subsequent six years, he has developed into a world-class winger.
The 30-year-old has made 265 appearances for Liverpool, scoring 118 goals and assisting on 47 occasions. However, the Reds are in a pickle over Mane’s long-term future, as his contract is set to expire next year despite poor progress on a renewal. The attention of Barcelona has been drawn to this circumstance.
Barcelona will almost certainly bring in at least one forward reinforcement during the summer transfer window, given the uncertainty surrounding Ousmane Dembele’s future.
While the Frenchman is interested in signing a new deal with Barcelona, the two sides have yet to agree on the parameters of a renewal.
Leeds’ Raphina has also agreed on terms with Barcelona as per reports. Mane, on the other hand, is a more versatile choice than Raphinha, who can play anywhere in the offensive line. Gabriel Jesus has surfaced as a probable option to improve FC Barcelona’s striking unit during the summer transfer window for the same reason.
Both Jesus and Mane’s contracts with Manchester City and Liverpool will expire the following year. However, Liverpool is expected to have something to say about Mane’s contract issue, which means Barcelona would have to wait a bit before pursuing the 30-year-old dynamic attacker.
