Sadio Mane has reached full agreement on personal terms with Bayern Munich with the Liverpool winger closing in on his move to the German champions.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has sounded out confirmation that Mane is inching closer to penning a three-year deal with Bayern as he brings curtains down on a six-year-long stint in the Liverpool colours.
Bayern Munich are also set to submit its latest offer to Liverpool who have played hardball over their asking price for Mane with two bids rejected as Jurgen Klopp’s side hold out for a £40 million valuation.
Mane could be handed a bumper pay package on his move to the Bundesliga giants with Bayern understood to be in line to table wages north of €20 million which would make the new recruit one of the highest-earning players in the squad.
The Senegal international wide player had asked for a move away from Merseyside this summer with Mane seeking a new challenge in his playing career with just a year to go on his current Liverpool deal.
