Teenage sensation Kaide Gordon signs his first professional contract with Liverpool on the back of his breakthrough at Anfield which has left many in awe of his talents on the football pitch.
The 17-year-old Gordan linked with the Merseyside giants in this summer’s transfer window after leaving Championship outfit Derby County and was given his debut outing in the Carabo Cup win over Norwich City last month.
He has impressed Jurgen Klopp and his backroom staff with his showings at the youth levels in what surely merited the club’s decision to hand him a professional deal just days after Gordan turned 17.
Reports from The Daily Mail have indicated that Gordan signing his contract at Anfield will be a major boost for Liverpool’s talent factory which has produced the likes of Curtis Jones and Neco Williams in the recent past.
While the Wales international Williams hopes for a breakthrough chance in the right-back role, Jones has proved to be a consistent performer in the centre of the park for the Reds early on this new season.
