Wolves are understood to be resigned to losing Liverpool-linked Ruben Neves this summer with the player and club yet to agree on extended terms, according to The Mirror.
Neves’ current deal with the Molineux outfit is due to expire at the end of next season and there is expectancy in the Wolves camp that the Portugal midfielder will be seen heading out the exit door.
The player’s long-term future in the Wolves shirt has been uncertain for some time with his last contract extension signed way back in 2018 and some of England’s biggest clubs have been waiting early in the wings to land his signature.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are one of the contenders vying for the Wolves maestro who has grown into a top player during his stint at Molineux and would be keen to sign for a bigger club to turn out in the Champions League.
Newcastle and Tottenham are the other Premier League clubs keeping tabs on the 28-year-old Neves with Spanish duo Barcelona and Atletico Madrid also believed to be keen on the 37-cap Portugal international.
